About us
I am a lifelong athlete and a Current International Rugby player. Fom the age of 6 I have represented my schools in Gymnastics, Rugby and Athletics, I progressed to Running Track and Field (specifically the 100m, 200m, long Jump) for my City and Region. In Rugby I played for regional youth team Morriston RFC, then represented my University in the First 15, and now play for the Philippines National Mens Team and 7’s Team.
Having been training for most of my life either specifically for certain sports or just general fitness, I have experienced many different tried and tested regimes and methods. With my Peers, fellow athletes and team mates, I have studied and come up with what I have found to be the most effective ways towards training, to lose excess weight, and gain fitness, strength, confidence and above all, your goals. These are taken from many coaches (Male and Female from many countries) who I have had the pleasure of training with, from Scientific studies and facts, to back up the effectiveness of the regimes, Biological research I carried out during my time in University and new tried and tested methods that I research continuously.
